Questions
Does it work on Android?
Yes. The same QR puts the card in Apple Wallet on an iPhone and Google Wallet on an Android or use the card in the browser.
How do customers join?
Two ways. A QR code you show on your tablet or phone, or an NFC sticker we ship to your café for free. Both put the card straight in their wallet.
Do I need to buy any extra tools?
No. The tablet or phone already on your counter is the scanner.
Will it slow down my queue?
Stamping is one scan, about two seconds. Nobody types a phone number or spells out an email at the counter.
Does it touch my POS?
No. It runs alongside whatever you already use, so there is nothing to integrate and nothing that can break your till.
Can someone stamp themselves?
Stamps only come from your scanner, signed in as your shop. Customers show their card, your staff scan it.
What happens to my customers’ data?
An email address and their stamp count, held in the EU, never sold, never used to market anything to them. They can delete it themselves at any time.
